Hiding from a predator and hiding to catch prey are both very important in the animal kingdom. This ability ensures the sustenance of the animal, giving protection to some and food to others. And this is possible through camouflage.

Octopus

Octopuses are masters of camouflage and can change both their colour and texture to blend with their surroundings. They can mimic various patterns and textures, from coral to rocks, allowing them to hide from predators.

Chameleon

Chameleons are famous for their ability to change colour to match their environment. This adaptation helps them blend in and avoid being detected by predators or sneak up on prey.
