The first step to being a ‘Superhuman’ is to get the right amount of sleep. Make it a point to aim for 8 hours of quality sleep each night and develop a consistent sleep schedule by going to bed and waking up at the same time every day.

To remain happy and healthy at the same time, it is important to strike a balance between health and indulgence. Focus on eating a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains and then strike a balance by the occasional indulgence in junk foods.

There is no greater boon you can give to yourself than to workout and stay fit. Add in some physical activity into your daily routine. It can be aiming for step counts or doing HIIT’s, do what makes you feel ‘Superhuman’.

It is very important to unwind and relax to be a person who works like a ‘Superhuman’. Through practices such as meditation, deep breathing exercises, yoga etc you can observe your thoughts and emotions without judgment and be more present in the moment.

‘Superhumans’ do not procrastinate and keep their goals on the back seat. They define clear and achievable goals for themselves and work on making them a success. Be it health or relationships, break down your goals and achieve them one at a time.
