Day 1
Begin your first day of diet with freshly squeezed lemon detox water, For breakfast, you can opt for Greek yogurt with mixed berries, and honey. Quinoa and black bean salad with a lemon-tahini dressing can be your tasty lunch option. If you feel peckish during the day, snack on carrot and cucumber sticks with hummus. For dinner, enjoy a vegetable wrap made with whole wheat roti, tofu slices, and a side salad for protein punch.
