​Day 1​

Begin your first day of diet with freshly squeezed ​lemon detox water, For breakfast, you can opt for Greek yogurt with mixed berries, and honey. Quinoa and black bean salad with a lemon-tahini dressing can be your tasty lunch option. If you feel peckish during the day, snack on carrot and cucumber sticks with hummus. For dinner, enjoy a vegetable wrap made with whole wheat roti, tofu slices, and a side salad for protein punch.

​Day 2​

For breakfast, eat 1 cup poha cooked with vegetables in 1 teaspoon of oil. Spinach and chickpea salad with balsamic vinaigrette makes for a great lunch. You can snack on mixed nuts and apples with peanut butter. Your dinner menu may include lentil and vegetable curry with brown rice.

Have lentil and vegetable soup with a side of whole-grain bread for lunch. Go for grilled mushrooms with a quinoa and kale salad for dinner.​
