Israeli police have arrested a new suspect, Vladimir Verkhovski, 35, from Petah Tikva, for allegedly plotting to assassinate top Israeli officials. The arrest followed claims that he carried out tasks for Iranian spies, including spray painting graffiti and gathering information on an Israeli official.
