A notable shift in the rankings is the decline of Tsinghua University, which has fallen from 4th place in 2024 to 7th in 2025, with a score of 96.3. This decline comes as Nanyang Technological University (NTU Singapore), which was tied with Tsinghua for 4th place last year, now claims the 4th spot with an improved score of 98.3, up from 96.1. Fudan University has seen a significant rise, climbing from 7th place in 2024 to 5th in 2025 with an impressive score of 97.2.
