Xiaomi 14 Ultra, Xiaomi 14: Price, availability in India
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a single storage option of 16GB+512GB and is priced at Rs 99,999.
Xiaomi is also bringing a Xiaomi 14 Ultra Reserve Edition, which is up for reservations for Rs 9,999 starting March 11.
The Xiaomi 14 is priced at the lone 12GB + 256GB storage option and will be available to purchase at Rs 69,999 through Amazon, Flipkart, mi.com, and Xiaomi retail stores across the country, starting March 11 at 12 noon.
ICICI Bank credit and debit card holders can avail of a Rs 5,000 cashback, and the company is offering an additional Rs 5,000 exchange bonus on the purchase of the Xiaomi 14 series.
The company has also introduced the Xiaomi Priority Club for buyers of the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Ultra and owners of recent Xiaomi flagship phones. Under this, the company will offer free pickup and drop service, guaranteed 2 hours of repair duration or a standby device, half-yearly check-ups, and priority customer support.
Xiaomi is also offering one-time free screen replacement, an out-of-warranty repair with free labor cost, and a dedicated relationship manager for the Xiaomi 14 series.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra: Specifications, features, and more
Xiaomi 14 Ultra is the top-end model of the series. It has a “Dragon Armor” design and supports satellite connectivity. The phone’s 6.73″ QHD+ AMOLED quad-curved screen supports a dynamic 120Hz refresh rate. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra smartphone is available in two colours – Black and White – which have a vegan leather finish.
The phone is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 paired with 16GB RAM and 512GB of internal storage. Its 5,300mAh battery features Xiaomi’s new silicon-carbon technology, which supports 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. The phone runs HyperOS on top of Android 14.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra supports two-way satellite communication in China. However, this feature is not available in the global market, including India.
It has a rear quad camera system, which was co-developed with Leica. It features a 1-inch type Sony LYT-900 sensor, a telephoto lens with 3.2x optical zoom, a 120mm periscope module with 5x optical zoom, and an ultrawide shooter with a 122-degree field of view.

The Xiaomi 14 boasts a 6.36-inch OLED display with ultra-narrow bezels, Dolby Vision support, and DC dimming. It runs on Android 14-based HyperOS and is IP68-rated, making it dust and water-resistant. It comes in three colourways – Jade Green, Matte Black, and Classic White.
The phone is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and comes with up to 16GB RAM and an IceLoop cooling system. The Xiaomi 14 features a 4610mAh battery that supports up to 90W wired charging, 50W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging. The Ultra comes with HyperOS out-of-the-box running on top of Android 14.
