Spy Universe. Recently, she was photographed on the sets and as per a report in BollywoodHungama, these images do not reveal Alia’s look from the film. Early this morning, she was seen from a distance as she walked into the heavily guarded set.
Alia Bhatt completed a tough two-month training program with specialists to prepare for her role.
Earlier this month, YRF announced the film’s title and confirmed that shooting has begun. The title announcement of the film was done on July 5, with the release of a video.
Plot details remain tightly guarded, but it was revealed in a report that director
Shiv Rawail
has planned several fight sequences for the initial leg of filming. The action scenes aren’t limited to Mumbai. The two actresses’ spy mission will take them on a global adventure, with the United Kingdom as their next destination.
Anil Kapoor
, who plays their mentor, will join them there.
‘Alpha’ marks YRF’s first female-led Spy Universe film, starring Alia Bhatt as a super-agent. Directed by Shiv Rawail, known for his work on the acclaimed Netflix series ‘The Railway Men’, inspired by the Bhopal Gas Tragedy.
The YRF Spyverse has had blockbuster hits like ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’, ‘War’, ‘Pathaan’ and ‘Tiger 3’. Another film currently in production is ‘War 2’ starring Hrithik Roshan and NTR Jr.
