‘Congress party did not conduct the Census adequately in 2011’ says Union Minister Kaushal Kishore

On November 14, Union Minister Kaushal Kishore responded to Samajwadi Party Chief Akhilesh Yadav’s comments on the Congress regarding the Caste Census. Kishore reminded Yadav that the Congress, during its governance in 2011, failed to conduct a proper Caste Census despite the inclusion of religion, caste, gender, and educational qualification in the Census. Asserting that the Congress did not handle the Census adequately, Kishore accused them of attempting to mislead the public with their current stance on the issue.
