‘Dagestan militants financed, provided equipment for Moscow terror attack,’ claims FSB

The Russian security agency (FSB) claimed that four captured militants in Dagestan had financed and provided equipment For Moscow Terror Attack. The FSB has described the outfit as a terrorist cell where the militant group is comprised of foreign nationals. The FSB claimed that the outfit was planning a mass casualty attack in Kaspiysk.The group had planned to escape Russia after the plot as it was directly involved in the March 22 Moscow attack.
