Late last night, Dia Mirza took to her IG handle to share some pics from Shabana Azmi’s birthday. In the same, we spotted chief guest Shabana Azmi flanked by Dia, Richa Chadha, Vidya Balan, Urmila, Tanvi Azmi, Shibani Dandekar, and Anjali Anand. The birthday also marked the veteran actress’ 50th year in cinema and that also was the theme of the fun-filled cake.

Though you can’t demand respect, you have to earn it. Love keeps changing. Romance is the first thing that disappears with marriage. But you have to keep working at it – it’s a process of constant adjustment. Togetherness, friendship, interest in each other, and giving space to your partner is paramount. That can only stem from respect.”
Recently, Shabana went for a vacation in New York City, surrounded by friends and family. The occasion was filled with joy and celebration as she shared a delightful video capturing the moment she blew out the candles on her cake while her friends sang the birthday song at a restaurant. In the video, Azmi sported stylish red-framed glasses paired with a chic black and red outfit, embodying her vibrant spirit.
