In the last few years, Ranveer Singh has received decent success in the Bollywood industry. Apart from his professional achievements, he has made some real estate investments. Now, the actor has sold two apartments he owned on Mumbai’s Western Express Highway. The price acquired by selling the two properties amounts to Rs 15.25 crore.
Reportedly, the flats were located at the Oberoi Exquisite in Mumbai’s Goregaon East neighborhood.
It is located near the Oberoi Mall on the Western Express Highway. As per a Moneycontrol report, the two flats have 1,324 square feet of usable space each and a total of six parking spaces. The stamp duty for each flat was Rs 45.75 lakh. Ranveer finalized the deal on November 6, and the flat was sold to an individual in the same housing complex.
Reportedly, Ranveer Singh had purchased an apartment in Bandra near Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan’s house. In July 2022, he paid 119 crore for a plot in Bandra West.
