In 1981, Hema Malini was

pregnant

with her first child, Esha Deol. Despite being eight months pregnant, she filmed the song Bhagi Re Bhagi Brij Bala alongside her husband, Dharmendra.
Hema Malini concealed her pregnancy with her costume while filming the song for Rajput, starring Rajesh Khanna. In a recent appearance on Indian Idol Season 15, she reminisced about the experience.
