, Deepinder said that he was single for a long time after his divorce from his first wife

. “I was single for the longest time. My friends would set me up on dates and always advised me not to settle down,” he said. However, it was through one of his friends that Deepinder first met Grecia and the duo connected instantly.

Recalling his first meeting with his now wife Grecia, Deepinder further said, “When Grecia first came to Delhi, a friend called me and said, ‘There’s a girl here you should meet.’ I agreed, and he said, ‘Make sure to meet her; you’ll end up marrying her.’” Surprisingly, it was this friend of Deepinder who always cautioned him from marrying again. However, in Grecia’s case, his friend urged him to marry her if things go right between the two. “It was his foresight. He had always told me not to get serious, but this time he said, ‘You have to marry if you find a girl like her’,” Deepinder said.

In their first meeting, Deepinder was intrigued with Grecia and the rest, as they say, is history. Meanwhile, Grecia too accepted Indian culture. In the show, when Kapil asked Grecia if she liked Indian food, she replied, “I love Indian food because of its diversity.” She even revealed that she loved Chole Bhature.
Deepinder Goyal and Grecia Munoz got married in a private ceremony earlier this year, followed by their honeymoon in France.
Grecia Munoz is Deepinder Goyal’s second wife. He was earlier married to Kanchan Joshi, a Delhi University professor whom he met during their college days at IIT Delhi. Deepinder has a daughter, Siara, with Kanchan.
