opposition INDIA bloc
of being guided by corruption, mis-governance and fuelling an anti-national agenda, adding that he stands for rooting out corruption and appeasement.

scheme at JLN Stadium in Delhi, the Prime Minister asserted said that his ideology is ensuring the country’s welfare through people’s welfare.

accused the opposition alliance, which has gathered in the national capital to challenge the BJP in the Lok Sabha polls, of uniting solely to criticize him incessantly, day and night.
PM Modi distributed on Thursday loans under the scheme to 1 lakh street vendors (SVs), including 5,000 SVs from Delhi. The Prime Minister also laid the foundation stone of two additional corridors of Delhi Metro’s Phase 4 during the programme.
PM Modi said he ensured cheap bank loans for the poor under SVANidhi “on his guarantee”.
He said SVANidhi is “one such guarantee of Modi, which has today become the support for lakhs of families doing street vendors, handcarts and such small jobs”. “Modi’s guarantee” is one of the key poll planks of the BJP.
PM SVANidhi was launched on June 1, 2020 amid the global economic crisis caused by the pandemic. The scheme under the ministry of housing and urban affairs-funded provides working capital loans up to Rs 10,000 to aid Covid-19 affected urban street vendors, promoting formalization, digital transactions, and offering interest subsidies for timely repayment.
