Jaya Bachchan
,
Shweta Bachchan
, and
Navya Naveli Nanda
are discussing the contemporary topic ‘
women and failure
’ in their upcoming episode of ‘
What The Hell Navya
’ podcast. In the recently shared promo video, Jaya and Shweta can be heard stating different kinds of attitudes towards failure in their lives.
On March 13, Navya shared a clip in which the trio discuss how they deal with failures and common sayings in society that keep women as a success factor in men’s lives.
Shweta started by saying, “I don’t think the world is kind to people who fail at things.” Navya asked her, ‘if you fail at something, do you sulk, do you feel low…?’ Shweta opened up that she feels very harsh on herself, debilitatingly harsh.

But the senior actress Jaya had a different take on this. For her, the immediate reaction to failure would be to overcome and get back and do it again. Navya continued, stating, “sometimes women are blamed for a man’s failure.” Soon, Shweta reacted to it saying, “I think it’s because of that saying, behind every successful man is a woman. Why can’t she be standing by his side, she doesn’t have to be behind him?” she asked.
Jaya Bachchan finally reveals why she stays away from social media. Find out what she said!
Navya, in a recent interview on ‘Kiska Brand Bajega,’ shared that she helped her grandpa Amitabh Bachchan to learn a lot of new things. She has introduced him to music, social media, TV shows, etc. She added that he strongly feels about the causes that Navya is working for and believes in the message of gender equality.
In a recent episode of ‘What the Hell Navya,’ Navya’s brother and actor Agastya Nanda had a surprise appearance. He made his acting debut with the OTT movie ‘The Archies’.
