JoSAA Round 2 allotment result: Important instructions for candidates
The JoSAA authority issued a notice stating that candidates who were allotted a seat in JoSAA 2024 Round 2 were required to pay the seat acceptance fee. It was emphasized that failure to pay the seat acceptance fee by the deadline would result in the cancellation of the provisionally allotted seat, and those candidates would not be considered for seat allocation in the subsequent rounds.
Furthermore, it was announced that all candidates who had been allotted a seat in Round 2 were obligated to upload their documents for verification. It was specified that the allotted seat would be cancelled if the candidate did not upload the required documents by the deadline of 17:00 hrs on 2nd July, 2024, even if they had paid the seat acceptance fee using the prepayment provision. Candidates who were allotted seats in Round 2 but failed to upload the documents before the deadline would not be considered for seat allotment in the subsequent rounds of JoSAA.
