The superstar hunks, who headed out on a dinner date at a plush restaurant in Mumbai last evening, were captured on-camera turning into human shields to protect their wives from the adoring fans and media.

Videos from last night saw hoards of cameramen and several fans waiting outside the restaurant in Bandra to get a glimpse of the stars and to take photos. However, the frenzied lot seemed to break security protocol and crowd around the couples, blocking their way to their car.
Jr NTR was seen wrapping his arms around his wife, shielding her from fans, who gathered outside the restaurant for selfies. The actor was seen staying behind to oblige a few with photos in order to let his wife walk through to their waiting car.

Meanwhile, Alia was seen holding onto Ranbir’s hand around her waist and led her to the car, while fans and the paparazzi surrounded them to get shots of the ‘Ramayana‘ star.
