Talking to Bollywood Hungama, Kartik came forth saying that he made it a point to visit Mannat every Sunday. And when Shah Rukh comes out, he begins greeting his fans. “When I came to Mumbai for the first time, I stood in front of Mannat on a Sunday just to get a glimpse of Shah Rukh Khan,” recalled Kartik.
Recalling that moment when he saw Shah Rukh for the first time from a distance as he waved while traveling in his car, Kartik further said, “Then I haven’t seen any celebrities other than Shah Rukh.”
Kartik is known for his humility and friendliness and can often be seen interacting warmly with his fans that has gained him immense popularity. As he said, “I’ve been on the other side.” He used to look up to celebrities and wish he could connect briefly with them.
