The
Ajay Devgn
starrer
Maidaan
witnessed a big jump of approximately 80 per cent in its collections on the third day of its release. However, despite this improvement, the overall earnings for the film remain below expectations.
According to Sacnilk, Maidaan is expected to earn an estimated net collection of Rs 5.50-6 crore. The substantial jump in numbers was crucial for Maidaan, considering its lackluster performance in the initial two days.
The total collection for the movie after three days stands at just over Rs 15.50 crore net, indicating a slow start for this big-budget production.
To boost its box office performance, Maidaan will need to maintain or surpass this momentum on Sunday. Furthermore, a strong hold on Monday will be essential for the film to have a chance at achieving a respectable lifetime total.
