Major earthquake in Western Nepal: Houses collapsed; officials say death toll is expected to rise

At least 128 people have lost their lives in major earth quale in Western Nepal on November 3. The authorities launched rescue operations. Tremors were felt in Delhi-NCR, UP, and Bihar districts. Eyewitnesses reported the collapse of houses in the affected area, while tremors were felt in buildings across northern India, including Delhi-NCR. Prime Minister Pushpakamal Dahal, also known as ‘Prachanda,’ swiftly deployed a medical team to the disaster site on Saturday morning.
