created for ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ and also expressed her enthusiasm for Disha Patani’s part in the film.

Mouni took to her social media and shared a mirror selfie with Disha. Along with the post she penned a heartfelt note, Mouni wrote, “Hey Sweettooth @dishapatani, proud of you. Watched Kalki last night and was mind blown. Top notch vex and vine better performances. Was completely taken into the world Nag Ashwin created. What was most fascinating to me was the blend of science and mythology. Absolutely loved the film. Go watch.”
Based on early estimates from Sacnilk.com, the movie made history at the box office by being the third-biggest opener in Indian history. It opened with a massive collection of over Rs 180 crore.
As per the industry tracker, Nag Ashwin’s film ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ made around Rs 95 crore net (all languages combined) on its opening day in India, with an expected total collection of Rs 115 crore. On its first day, the movie brought in over Rs 180 crore worldwide.
On June 27, ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ had a major global release. The movie debuted to generally favourable reviews and has since sold over 20 lakh tickets in all languages during its advance sales.
