On the other hand, China is also eager to establish formal diplomatic relations with Bhutan. China’s growing presence in Bhutan has been a big concern for India. New Delhi is closely watching two neighbours on boundary demarcation deal. India is anxious over Thimphu and Beijing including Doklam in their talks.
