Protests Grip Manipur After Abduction Of 6 Meitei Women & Kids | AFSPA Reimposed
Fresh protests rocked Manipur on Children’s Day as whereabouts of 6 woman and children belonging to the Meitei community remain unknown. They were abducted on November 13 by armed miscreants from Jiribam district. The kidnapping followed violent clashes between security forces and suspected Kuki insurgents that resulted in the deaths of over 10 people.
