, opened up about the financial challenges he faced during the film’s production. He revealed that he had to sell properties in Mumbai, purchased by his father using his savings, to fund the movie due to budget constraints. However, the film’s success has now brought relief as it has earned profits at the box office.
In his recent interview with Bollywood Bubble, Randeep shared the journey of making Swatantra Veer Savarkar and the hurdles he encountered along the way.

He explained that there was a time when there were disagreements about funding the movie, leading him to turn to his father for financial support. Despite the unconventional decision of investing personal funds in the film, Randeep’s father supported him wholeheartedly, recognizing his hard work and dedication to the project.

His father, impressed by Randeep’s commitment, immediately agreed to invest the money, betting on the film’s success. Fortunately, Swatantra Veer Savarkar has not only broken even but also generated profits, bringing back the investments and securing the film’s financial stability.

, Amit Sial, and others, has performed well at the Indian box office, earning Rs 23.99 crore. Randeep expressed gratitude for the film’s success and humorously mentioned joking with his father about investing in new properties now that the financial situation has improved.
“Thankfully, everything is back to us. Our film has got breakeven and we are in the profits. Now, I sometimes even joke saying that ‘papa, take some new properties’,” he said.
