Russian Defence Ministry has issued a major statement regarding the deadly missile strike in Ukraine’s Sumy region. According to Russia MoD, the attack specifically targeted a meeting of the command staff of the Seversk operational-tactical group. Russia claimed that over 60 Ukrainian soldiers were killed in the strike, which was carried out using two Iskander-M short-range ballistic missiles.
