It remains to be seen if ‘Shaitaan’ can cross Rs 150 crore in India by the end of its theatrical run. Directed by Vikas Bahl, ‘Shaitaan’ is a remake of a Gujarati movie titled ‘Vash’. The film narrated the story of a couple Ajay and Jyothika, whose daughter Janki Bodiwala is hypnotised by

Following the success of ‘Shaitaan’, there is strong buzz about its sequel. Reports suggest that the makers are soon going to make an official announcement of the second part soon, and that the cast is being finalised now. According to HT, the sequel will feature yet another tale of black magic and continue with the horror narrative.
