, who shared a close bond with Bollywood star Sunny Deol, revealed that how Sunny Deol, in his zeal for bulking up, went to great lengths to maintain his muscular physique.

During his conversation with xxxx, Vindu Dara Singh recalled that before the shooting of his debut film ‘

Betaab

‘, Sunny had extensively trained in London, resulting in a physique resembling of

John J Rambo

. However, he soon realised that sustaining this physique would require a unique approach.
Elborating further, Vindu added that he had built a lot of muscle during his time in London. He looked like Rambo. Vindu recounted how Sunny told him that his film ‘Betaab’ is going to start in 2-3 months. Vindu told him this is a London body, made by eating milk, cheese and everything there. He told him he will shed all the muscle in India and he actually lost some muscle.

Vindu revealed that next time when he was shooting for the film, he told him that he won’t lose any muscle now. Vindu asked him, ‘How?’ and he took him to a room which was filled with milk cartons from London.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Sunny made his triumphant return to the silver screen with ‘Gadar 2’ in 2023, which became a blockbuster hit, ranking among the highest-grossing films of the year. His upcoming project Lahore 1947 is backed by Aamir Khan.
