UP Board Time Table 2025 Released: Exams to Begin on February 24 for Class 10 and Class 12

PRAYAGRAJ: The

UP Secondary Education Board

, commonly known as the UP Board, has announced the schedule for conducting board exams for high school (Class 10) and intermediate (Class 12) students in 2025.
“The exams for both high school and intermediate will start simultaneously on February 24, 2025, and conclude on March 12, 2025,” announced Board Secretary Bhagwati Singh.
On the first day of the exam (February 24), the Hindi exam for Class 10 and Defence Studies for Class 12 will be conducted in the morning session (8:30 am to 11:45 am). In the second session (2:00 pm to 5:15 pm), the exams for Health Care (Class 10) and Hindi and General Hindi (Class 12) will also be held, according to the detailed schedule.
The exams for major subjects in high school will include Maths on March 1, Sanskrit on March 3, Science on March 4, English on March 7, and Social Studies on March 11.

For intermediate students, major subject exams include Hindi on the first day (February 24), Civics on March 1, Botany and Maths on March 3, Economics and Accountancy (for the Commerce stream) on March 4, History on March 5, Physics, Education, Philosophy, and Psychology on March 6, Chemistry and Sociology on March 8, Geography on March 10, and English on March 12.
A total of 27,40,151 students from high school and 26,98,446 students from intermediate have registered for the 2025 board exams, bringing the total number of registered students to 54,38,597. In contrast, 55,25,308 students were registered for the 2024 exams, which were conducted at 8,265 centres, according to Board Secretary Bhagwati Singh.
