. In a recent interview, Vedang showed excitement for the next project and called his first movie a ‘warm-up’.

When discussing his experience of working with Alia, Vedang disclosed that he used to do his homework beforehand.
During an interview with Lifestyle Asia India, Vedang Raina shared details about his much-awaited film ‘Jigra’, which is set to hit theatres later this year. He explained the subject of the movie, which is centred around a sibling relationship with thriller-style storytelling and action components woven throughout the film.
Emphasizing Jigra’s role in his professional growth, Vedang said, “I’m not dismissing The Archies by saying that it was a warm-up but it felt like a warm-up to what I did in Jigra and I put myself through a kind of personal journey. I am excited for it.”
Vedang talked about working on ‘Jigra’ with the acclaimed actress Alia Bhatt. Recalling his first day of shooting, he admitted that he was a little anxious. Vedang elaborated, “It was a scene with Alia and I wouldn’t say I was nervous because I had done my homework but just the fact that it was with her, I felt some kind of nervousness.”

However, Vedang described how Alia’s kind demeanour put him at ease. He conveyed his deep respect for Alia and said that he now fully understands how she has achieved the position that she holds. Her generosity and spontaneity as a co-actor won her accolades. He further added, “I am a bigger fan of the actor after doing this film with her.”
