The Maharashtra Water Conservation Department recruitment exam was approved by the government and scheduled to be held between Feb 20, 2024 and Feb 21, 2024.
However, on the second day of the exam, malpractice was observed at the Nandgaon Peth center in Amravati. With approvals from concerned authorities, the decision was made to cancel the examination due to the malpractice cases.
Now the WCD re-examination for the 670 posts of Water Conservation Officer, (Construction) Group “B” (Non-Gazetted) has been scheduled from July 14 to 16, 2024.
As per the official notice, originally in Marathi, the re-exam will be conducted at 10 TCS-ION authorised centers in 7 cities of the state, namely, Mumbai, Pune, Kolhapur, Amravati, Nagpur, Nanded, and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

Steps to Download WCD Maharashtra Hall Ticket 2024:
Step 1: Open your web browser and visit the official WCD website at swcd.maharashtra.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link for “Application link for recruitment of Water Conservation Officer (Construction), Group-B (Non-Gazetted)”.
Step 3: Click on the Login tab on the new page that appears.
Step 4: Enter your Registration Number and Password on the login page.
Step 5: Type the characters shown in the image and click the Submit button.
Step 6: Your WCD Maharashtra Hall Ticket 2024 will appear on the screen.
Step 7: Download and print the hall ticket for the exam and future reference.
