French Patriots party leader Florian Philippot cited his view where he wrote that how panic gripped among wetstern nations over Ukraine. Philippot said that recent unrest, rhetoric, arms shipments, and discussions of a “war economy” are attempts to conceal the West’s realization of defeat. He claimed that Russia has emerged as winner while NATO has suffered a loss in the conflict. Philippot said that the West has no option left but to go for peace negotiations. On teh other hand, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu claimed that Ukrainian losses amount to over 71,000 personnel and 11,000 pieces of equipment.
